Return & Refund Policy
At Prodigy, every book is carefully checked before shipping. We want every child to receive their books in perfect condition. As our books are specially designed learning resources, for such case returns are eligible within 24 hours delivery returns are only accepted in case of damage or delivery issues.
1. When can I request a return or refund?
You can request a return or replacement only if:
- The book arrives damaged (torn pages, bent corners, water-damaged, etc.)
- The book has a printing defect
- You received the wrong book by mistake
In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with a photo/video of the issue.
2. How do I request a replacement?
Just email us at prodigyedutech25@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the damage or issue
- Your contact details
Our team will review it and send a replacement copy at no extra cost.
3. Replacement Process
Once approved, we will:
- Will dispatch a replacement copy which will deliver within 7-8 days
- Offer store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
4. Refunds (only when replacement isn’t possible)
If the book is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refund processing time: 5–7 working days (bank processing may vary).
